CFS at WAYS helps families organize care for an adult with IDD who lives at home. We focus on clear routines, simple communication, and calm coaching so home life feels less stressful and more supported.

Available through Regional Center of the East Bay and Golden Gate Regional Center for adults who live with family in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo counties.

For adults 18 and older who live with at least one family member and are served by RCEB or GGRC.

CFS is for adults who live with family and need help organizing all the parts of care. Health, benefits, transportation, behavior, school, work, and community life can feel overwhelming. CFS brings everything into one clear plan so families do not feel alone.

How to begin CFS with WAYS

The steps to get started are simple and fully supported.

Talk with your service coordinator at RCEB or GGRC and request CFS with WAYS as the provider.

RCEB or GGRC reviews eligibility and adds CFS to the IPP when approved.

Submit a referral to WAYS so we can learn about your family, goals, and what feels hardest right now.
