Headquartered in the heart of Inglewood, California, WAYS Home Care & Health Agency, LLC has grown from a single office into a team serving nearly 200 clients and employing well over 200 staff across California and Nevada. For more than a decade, we have built a reputation in the intellectual Disability and Developmental Disability community for delivering person-centered, high-quality care.
We are fully staffed, actively accepting referrals, and ready to serve.
WAYS we support our community
Much of our work happens in partnership with California Regional Centers, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through SLS, ILS, CFS, Respite, and Personal Assistance services. But that is only part of who we are.
WAYS also provides private home care services directly to families in the community — connecting them with Certified Nursing Assistants and professional caregivers, for aging loved ones who need companionship, personal care, memory support, or skilled nursing in the home. Whether a family comes to us through a Regional Center referral or reaches out directly for private home care, they receive the same standard of person-centered, compassionate care WAYS is built on.
