How to refer through Regional Center

For service coordinators and families working with Regional Centers across the Bay Area.

Talk with your service coordinator. Ask to include WAYS as the provider for ILS, CFS, or other services that align with the person's goals.

Service coordinator sends the referral. Email the referral or packet to [email protected] with contact info and a brief summary of goals.

WAYS connects and begins onboarding. We schedule an intake call, confirm start dates, and keep the service coordinator updated throughout.

SELF DETERMINATION

Referring through Self Determination Program

For participants, independent facilitators, and FMS teams using Self Determination.

Add WAYS to the person centered plan. List WAYS as the chosen provider during planning so support appears clearly in the budget and scope.

Share details with WAYS. Email participant info and plan details to [email protected] or introduce us in a group thread.

We coordinate with the Self Determination team. We connect with the IF and FMS to confirm funding, schedule onboarding, and first sessions.
